Enter the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray Convertible, unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in December.
The convertible is similar to the coupe other than the obvious 3 ply fabric top with sound proofing insulation and a glass rear window that assists in noise control. The top can be opened and closed while travelling at 30 mph.'
The base Stingray convertible is priced at a MSRP of $57,995. Competition is expected to come from the likes of the Dodge SRT Viper Roadster and the Ford Shelby GT500 convertible.
